Refund policy

Product prices listed on our website are current and processed in Indian Rupees, however, these are subject to change without any advance notice.

We aim to satisfy all our customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience. However, there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased. We are happy to issue a full refund or to exchange the product(s) under the following conditions. Each item can be exchanged only once.

You have received the product in physically damaged condition.
Received product is past Expiry Date.
Received product has missing parts or accessories.
Product is lost in transit.
For return requests, write to our customer support team at care@babybotanics.in within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once the damaged or expired product is received at our facility and fully examined by us, as per your request, we will either send you the new product in exchange or your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. The time period for the refund amount to be credited in your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.

Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and are entirely at the discretion of Prakrtti. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Refund and Return Policy.

Please note that we cannot accept any exchange or return of any opened or used products once sold and delivered. We are not responsible for any damage caused post-delivery.
